What is Hydro Fizz?

Hydro Fizz is a high strength electrolyte drink designed to replenish lost electrolytes such as sodium, potassium, magnesium and calcium when sweating during exercise.

Not only are our Hydro Fizz tablets perfect for use during exercise, but at only 7 calories per tablet they can also be used freely around exercise sessions to restore and maintain hydration status.

Simply drop one tablet into 500ml of water and allow to dissolve.

Each refreshing beverage delivers 500mg of sodium alongside potassium, magnesium and calcium.

How to use Hydro Fizz

Drop one tablet - or half - into 500ml of water, allow to dissolve and drink.

We advise not to consume more than 3 tablets in a single day, but our Hydro Fizz Electrolyte Tablets can be used around the clock!

We are generally more dehydrated upon waking, so you may find some benefit to consuming Hydro Fizz first thing in the morning.

We also advise that you use Hydro Fizz 30 minutes before, during or immediately after high intensity exercise to replace the fluids and electrolytes lost in sweat.

Pink Grapefruit
