Returns & Refunds

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Apparel, accessories and merchandise must be unused and in it's original packaging with labels attached.

Supplements must be unopened. Unfortunately we can’t accept returns once opened, unless the item is faulty. If you wish to express concerns around any product fault, please contact customer service at hello@getfuel.com.au.

Please note we do not cover the cost of a return unless due to fault.

Please allow 2 - 5 days for processing once your return has been received back at our warehouse.

Our returns platform does not support international returns or exchanges.
